4、 培養(yǎng)一支合格的產(chǎn)品專員團(tuán)隊(duì),并使這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)始終保持高效運(yùn)作;
5、 在對(duì)小鵬汽車抱有疑慮的客戶時(shí),能夠有效地針對(duì)其困惑的問題提出創(chuàng)新性或可行性方案,尤其在金融方案,充電方式,實(shí)用性,生活方式等方面;
6、 協(xié)助計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行和跟進(jìn)體驗(yàn)店運(yùn)營任務(wù)和項(xiàng)目;
7、 其他職責(zé):根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要,完成管理層指定的其他工作;
8、 工作地:北京,上海,廣州,深圳,杭州可選。
職位要求
1、 3年以上零售行業(yè)銷售、以及大客戶銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠達(dá)到或超出銷售目標(biāo);
2、 較強(qiáng)的自我驅(qū)動(dòng),具有出色的時(shí)間管理能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力,高度關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié);
3、 有較強(qiáng)的銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能依托數(shù)據(jù)改進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)日常工作行為和方向;
4、 較強(qiáng)的商務(wù)談判能力,能和公司內(nèi)外部人員保持高效溝通的能力;
5、 認(rèn)可小鵬汽車的公司文化,具備創(chuàng)業(yè)公司需要的綜合素質(zhì),有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力;
6、 在零售店運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)方面有扎實(shí)的知識(shí)和可以證明的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
7、 持有有效中國駕照,至少 2年駕車并無不良行駛記錄;
8、 本科或以上學(xué)歷。
