最近斥資1.45億美元收購華爾街英語(中國)所有股權(quán)的培生集團(tuán)也是這樣?！叭A爾街英語現(xiàn)在是國際高端英語教育培訓(xùn)細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的品牌,華爾街英語(中國)也通過并夠在北京、上海、廣州和深圳等7個(gè)城市建立了39家培訓(xùn)中心。它們的業(yè)績顯示,在2006至2008年間,華爾街英語(中國)年平均銷售額增長率超過40%,今年預(yù)計(jì)銷售額將達(dá)7000萬美元?！?/p>

作為“vc布道者”,智基創(chuàng)投總經(jīng)理陳友忠認(rèn)為金融危機(jī)下,教育企業(yè)并購經(jīng)營更需要“精耕細(xì)作”。陳友忠在接受《中國聯(lián)合商報(bào)》記者采訪時(shí)透露:“智基與上海一家專注于幼兒軟技能培養(yǎng)的幼教機(jī)構(gòu)已基本談妥投資條款,只待法律文件最后完成,本次投資規(guī)模為500萬美元。”
而搖籃網(wǎng)總裁高翔也向《中國聯(lián)合商報(bào)》記者透露:“我們正在完成從網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體向嬰幼兒網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育轉(zhuǎn)型。為此我們還在探尋三歲幼兒上網(wǎng)的可能性?！?/p>
對(duì)此,學(xué)科網(wǎng)ceo陳學(xué)藝認(rèn)為,并購后的精耕細(xì)作主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面:一個(gè)是整合,另一個(gè)是創(chuàng)新。“現(xiàn)在中國有很多做教育的公司,在獲得了大筆的資金后,開始不停地并購。而并夠的方式就是‘大魚吃小魚,小魚吃蝦米’。這種情況下,創(chuàng)新就非常重要。這里的創(chuàng)新除了指公司并購后在形態(tài)上發(fā)生變化外,更重要的是要從各并購企業(yè)的內(nèi)容上下功夫,至少得保證并購后企業(yè)品質(zhì)不變。”
啟明創(chuàng)投副總裁黃濤對(duì)此表示關(guān)注:“很多教育企業(yè)在融到資以后,開始尋找并購機(jī)會(huì),而后的管理往往跟不上。要知道管理是需要精細(xì)化的,說到底體現(xiàn)的是企業(yè)的核心競爭力,因此必須精心做好、做透?！?/p>
ezcapital的最新統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,教育產(chǎn)業(yè)多個(gè)細(xì)分行業(yè)并購前景廣闊。從教育行業(yè)各細(xì)分市場(chǎng)融資金額來看,職業(yè)教育獲得投資金額最高,融資總額為7.82億元人民幣(約合1億美元),占教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)融資總額的48%。其次分別為教育投資4.85億元人民幣(約合6928萬美元)、學(xué)歷教育投資2.49億元人民幣(約合3550萬美元)。
■記者觀察:在“灰色地帶”游走
教育產(chǎn)業(yè)在中國經(jīng)過十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)極具投資潛力無可爭議。但這并不意味著教育產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資就沒有任何問題。
“我看教育投資有幾年的時(shí)間了,但一直沒有下單。很大一個(gè)原因是,目前很多民辦大學(xué)或者教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),仍然處在一個(gè)法律的灰色地帶。比如國家的教育法,強(qiáng)調(diào)鼓勵(lì)民營資本進(jìn)入,但是教育本質(zhì)上仍被定義為一個(gè)非盈利機(jī)構(gòu)?！遍_投基金合伙人陳洪武如此表示。
