青春是迷人的，許多人在青春光華里譜寫了輝煌燦爛的人生，宋朝21歲的辛棄疾以“金戈鐵馬，氣吞萬里如虎”的氣勢領(lǐng)兵抗金;周19歲時便寫了氣壯山河的“大江歌罷掉頭東”，以表達把青春獻給祖國解放事業(yè)的決心;雷鋒同志19歲參軍，甘為革命的螺絲釘，無私奉獻，全心全意為人民服務(wù)，年僅22歲就獻出了年輕的生命。他們是挺立潮頭的英雄，是永遠不落的星辰，更是我心中的楷模。如果說他們的時代距離我們有些遙遠，如果說他們都是特定歷史時期的“亂世英雄”，不足以體現(xiàn)新時代年輕人的精神思想的話，那么新形勢下的時代英雄，海軍大連艦艇學(xué)院政治系教授方永剛同志，他的先進事跡，足以感動我們每一個人。方永剛長期從事政治理論教學(xué)和研究工作，二十多年來，他始終把學(xué)習(xí)研究共產(chǎn)黨的創(chuàng)新理論作為自己神圣的使命，堅定、忘我、激情地工作著，甚至身患絕癥也不舍放下肩上的職責(zé)，他的風(fēng)范和品格顯示了一名共產(chǎn)黨員政治信仰的力量和優(yōu)秀教師的高尚境界。

我現(xiàn)在35歲了，算是走到了職業(yè)生涯的后半程，像這樣一些受傷也是司空見慣了。一旦受傷，你就覺得世界停止了，不管是膝蓋受傷，肩膀受傷等等。我知道很多 人因此而把整個職業(yè)生涯都葬送了，有的人甚至一蹶不振，甚至無法返回賽場。當(dāng)那個時刻發(fā)生的時候，我會看著鏡子中的自己說，“科比你會怎么樣?如果你經(jīng)歷 這樣的傷痛你會怎么樣?“你知道我每次看到別人受傷，我見到很多人受傷后回不來，我看著鏡子中的自己喃喃自語說，”是不是應(yīng)該退出了?是不是應(yīng)該停止打球 了?“我自己都不知道還能否返回賽場。我現(xiàn)在坐在這里告訴你，我要完全康復(fù)回到球場。但我不敢打包票，因為很多時候我也有疑問，但是我覺得，這才是迎接挑 戰(zhàn)的意義所在。
