獲得國外訪問學者邀請函的方式

一、關(guān)于申請信

不要盲目套用網(wǎng)上的模板，倒不是說模板水平不高，而是因為模板因為是用來給大多數(shù)人用的，所以顯得四平八穩(wěn)，沒有什么新意。寫申請信時應該注意以下幾點：

1、申請信總體上要簡明扼要，最好不要超過一頁半紙。因為申請信只是一個引子，簡單地做一個自我介紹，以及對訪學之事的大體計劃。不必過于詳細。對方如果對你有興趣，自然會問及深入的問題，在以后的信件來往中還可以繼續(xù)補充。國外的教授們都相當忙的，如果頁數(shù)太多，教授不會仔細看，說不定精彩的沒看到，就回一封信把你拒了。

2、申請信中有一些必定的要素一定要寫上：

1)申請者的姓名、所在大學及大學在國內(nèi)的排名、所在專業(yè)及專業(yè)在國內(nèi)的排名;申請者的教育背景(學士、碩士、博士在哪讀的，什么專業(yè));

2)工作履歷(包括職稱現(xiàn)狀、講師、副教授、教授的升職時間);

3)專業(yè)職務及社會兼職(如是否系主任、教研室主任、研究所所長之類;任國內(nèi)專業(yè)協(xié)會或?qū)W會的理事?委員?主任等等);

4)出國訪學的計劃(為什么出國、出國要做哪些事、準備出什么成果、以后回國后如何繼續(xù)研究等);

5)個人性情(如勤勞、敏銳、樂觀、忍耐、善解人意等，如果你說自己具有超人的學術(shù)敏銳性，估計對方會喜歡。不過要實事求是);

6)個人愛好(體育、文藝等愛好。如果自己的愛好達到一定水平，那是必須寫。國外教授們有各種高水平的愛好，如果能碰到一個臭味相投的，那你走運了)

7)相片。金東方訪學多年經(jīng)驗發(fā)現(xiàn)，申請信上面沒有相片，沒有回信的教授比例就高一些。加上自己的一張和藹可親的生活照放上去，幾乎每個教授都會給回信，包括拒信。

3、申請信文風要溫和、嚴謹，客氣而又客觀。不必太謙虛，但也不要聽信謠傳說什么謙虛在國外吃不開。其實國外教授們也是很謙虛的。只是他們謙虛是真的，不是虛偽的。如果你太自以為是，申請信太過忽悠，那你就等著挨拒吧。另外，申請信最好采用傳統(tǒng)的信件格式，開頭寫上地址和日期，結(jié)尾寫上套用的一些客氣話，這樣就很正式。

4、申請信要根據(jù)不同的教授有所調(diào)整，不要全部發(fā)同一封信。還有信中會提到自己很想到對方的'學校去訪學，那這個訪學的校名、院名、系名、專業(yè)名、

還有program名稱等也要改。不要張冠李戴。此外，申請信還要不斷完善。要根據(jù)回信中暴露出來的蛛絲馬跡，對自己的申請信不斷完善。當然如果你一開始就接到對方的offer信了，這步跳過。

二、關(guān)于專業(yè)成果簡介

給教授們發(fā)e-mail時，一般都附上兩個附件，一個是申請信，一個是關(guān)于自己專業(yè)成果方面的簡介，這個也是一頁半紙。因為申請信有點象拉家常，無法表述在專業(yè)領域的特長與成果，以及專業(yè)潛質(zhì)，所以有必要再寫一個profile。一般第一個附件是申請信，第二個附件是profile，然后在申請信上告訴對方，如果想了解我的專業(yè)成果，請看一下我的第二個附件profile。這種安排也算是善解人意吧，至少不會浪費對你不感興趣的教授的時間。

大體上說，profile中有一些內(nèi)容其實申請信中已經(jīng)提到，為避免重復，可以這樣處理的：申請信只提一下大概情況，具體的都寫到profile中。比如，在申請信中只說是某大學的學士、碩士、博士，某學會的委員，主要研究領域是哪個，到了profile中，就把得到學士、碩士、博士學位的時間、類型(如工學、理學等)、所在大學;從哪一年至哪一年擔任哪個學會或協(xié)會的委員等職;研究領域中最擅長的、做得最好的是哪里等，一一羅列。最后，再列一個清單，把自己比較重要的專著、論文、課題、獲獎等羅列出來，這樣可以讓對方詳細了解你的研究成果、研究能力、研究特點與潛質(zhì)。

當然，專業(yè)成果簡介也需要針對不同的對象進行調(diào)整和修改、完善?？傊澜缟蠜]有一個跟你做得完全一樣的教授，因此profile也要寫得各有側(cè)重，有針對性，有點“投其所好”的意思吧。

三、主要專著及論文摘要

我們在申請的過程中，會有教授在來回一、兩封郵件后，要求看論文摘要。這個很好理解。如果你要邀請一個人來你這里訪學，你也不會隨便就答應他，而是要通過起碼的考察。因此，最好準備一個主要專著和論文的摘要清單。因為現(xiàn)在論文都是要有英文摘要的，把那個拷下來，再粘上去即可。另外要注意，檢查一些英文詞匯是否不夠準確，或者表達有些漢語化，在做摘要清單時，最好對每摘都重新看一遍，改一遍。

也不需要每篇摘要都發(fā)?？磳Ψ浇淌诘囊?，以及他的研究領域與特色而定。還是那句話，要有針對性。

附：訪問學者試行辦法內(nèi)容

一、國內(nèi)訪問學者通過學習和工作，接觸和了解本學科的學術(shù)前沿動態(tài)，加深基礎理論，拓寬知識面，提高學術(shù)水平，為回原單位后發(fā)揮學術(shù)帶頭人或?qū)W術(shù)骨干的作用打下基礎。

二、國內(nèi)訪問學者必須具備堅實的基礎理論和專業(yè)知識，有較強的獨立從事教學和科研工作的能力，并具有一定的實踐經(jīng)驗，一般應是副教授。

三、接受國內(nèi)訪問學者的單位應有博士導師或?qū)W術(shù)造詣較深的`教授擔任指導教師，科研工作開展較好，在實驗設備、圖書資料等方面有較好的條件，一般應是有博士學位授予權(quán)的學科點或國家投資重點建設的實驗室。

四、國內(nèi)訪問學者在導師指導下，以參加科研為主，協(xié)助指導研究生、參加編寫教材或其他教學工作，導師全面負責培養(yǎng)工作。期限一般為半年至一年。

五、申請接受訪問學者的單位，應將接受的學科、條件、課題內(nèi)容、指導教師，以及對接受對象的具體要求等報國家教委教師管理辦公室審核同意后，在《中國教育報》上刊登。在本人申請，單位推薦的基礎上，經(jīng)訪問學者本人和指導教師協(xié)商之后，由接受學校確定。

六、接受學校應按不低于博士研究生的標準提供學習、工作條件，盡可能地創(chuàng)造良好的學習環(huán)境。選送單位也要盡可能地給予訪問學者各方面的支持和幫助。

七、訪問學者報到后，應在導師指導下，根據(jù)選派學校原定課題方向，迅速制訂學習和工作的具體計劃，并切實按照計劃完成預定任務。導師應按照計劃檢查執(zhí)行情況，并寫出考核意見。

八、訪問學者在工作學習期間要遵守接受單位教師所應遵守的規(guī)章制度。訪問學者參加科學研究工作所取得的科研成果的有關(guān)問題，接受單位應視其所起的作用按照有關(guān)規(guī)定協(xié)商解決。接受單位應視訪問學者擔負工作任務的情況付給適當津貼。

九、接受單位要把接受國內(nèi)訪問學者工作列入學校工作計劃，由一名副校長分管，加強管理工作。選送學校要根據(jù)本校師資培訓規(guī)劃，認真做好選送工作，與接受單位密切配合，以保實效。
