主要工作內(nèi)容
· to carry out e_ceptional customer service according to the company standards. 按照公司標準為顧客提供高品質(zhì)的服務(wù)。
· to handle any customer complaints according to ls asia policy & cag’s refund policy.按照公司流程處理客戶投訴。
· to have a complete understanding of the ls asia employee handbook， procedures and policies and to abide by these at all times.全面了解和掌握員工手冊內(nèi)容，公司流程及政策規(guī)定，并且堅持遵守。
· to carry out accurate cash register operations at all times and ensure that the correct procedures are applied for cash handling.進行精確的收銀操作，確?，F(xiàn)金流程的正確執(zhí)行。
· to ensure complete understanding of all products， brand guidelines including up-sell items， as well as any products on promotions.全面掌握所有產(chǎn)品知識，品牌定位，促銷產(chǎn)品，當季活動。
· to help maintaining a high merchandising standard as per vm / brand guidelines.協(xié)助維護店鋪始終保持高標準的產(chǎn)品陳列
· loss prevention – reduce the risk店鋪防損工作，包括損耗和盜竊
職位要求：
· 1 to 3 years of sales e_perience.1至3年銷售經(jīng)驗。
· strong sales and interpersonal relationship qualities.較強的銷售及人際交往能力。
· sound understanding of basic principles of customer service.較強的客戶服務(wù)意識。
· good communication skills and professional presentation.良好的溝通與表達技巧。
· good listening skills and ability to advise customers on purchases.良好的傾聽及為客戶提供意見技巧
· second language is a plus.擁有英語或其他外語能力者優(yōu)先
