1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)藥相關(guān)專業(yè),具有執(zhí)業(yè)藥師資格證書,3年以上同崗位管理工作經(jīng)驗;

2、熟悉藥品知識,精通連鎖藥店質(zhì)量管理工作;

knowledge of iso/ts16949, vda6.3 or equivalent;

good command of english, german speaking is preferred

very good communication and coordination ability tasks:

builds relationship with customer qm functions and communicate with them regarding of quality topic pro-actively.

clarifies and reviews customer system requirements based on the schaeffler system. trains and coaches colleagues regarding customer specific system requirements.

be responsible for the implementation of accepted customer requirements and leads the adaption of the schaeffler qm system

supports key account management to define and negotiate warranty agreements with the customer

reads measures to manage quality issues and coordinates them (i.e.if several plants, business units, regions are concerned in case of i.e.start of production, new business hold and global sorting activities).

reviews customer portals and provides monthly quality reports of the customer. balances customer reports and documents (i.e. ppm, number of complaints).

support customer quality system audit in the plant and coordinate the improvements based on the audit result

participate the annual supplier meeting which is organized by the customer and prepare the measures based on the customer quality strategy

collect q reward information and published regularly

5.對目標(biāo)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量提升提供幫助,推動供應(yīng)商總體質(zhì)量水平提高和質(zhì)量控制體系的完善;

6.分析供應(yīng)商工藝過程和原料使用情況,挖掘降本機會并推動供應(yīng)商進行落實;

7.負責(zé)團隊培訓(xùn)及管理。

【任職資格】:

1.5年以上制造業(yè)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗

2.熟悉制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝管理,包裝行業(yè)優(yōu)先

3.熟悉質(zhì)量管理工具,如spc,6-sigma等

4.具備基本的法律知識和財務(wù)知識

5.較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和解決問題的能力
