土木工程技術(shù)員崗位職責
職責描述:
a. 在園林項目總監(jiān)的領(lǐng)導下完成工程項目的執(zhí)行管理工作;
b. 負責園林工程項目執(zhí)行過程中與客戶的直接溝通，對所負責的園林工程項目全面負責;
c. 負責園林工程項目的成本核算、供貨商選擇及采購工作;
d. 按照園林設(shè)計圖紙及其要求完成工程項目的施工管理工作;
e. 負責園林工程項目的進度情況，質(zhì)量情況及其負責工程項目的竣工驗收工作;
f. 負責園林工程項目的售后服務(wù)工作;
g. 負責園林項目的款項催款及其付款流程的執(zhí)行工作;

任職要求:
a. 建筑、風景園林、城市規(guī)劃、環(huán)境藝術(shù)等專業(yè)，大專及以上學歷;
b. 從事相關(guān)專業(yè)工作3年以上;
c. 具有北京市政二級建造師、一級建造師或園林工程師中級以上職稱可優(yōu)先考慮;
d. 掌握cad制圖軟件，理解工程資料軟件，熟悉常用辦公軟件，熟練使用相關(guān)專業(yè)的儀器儀表;
e.具有較強的現(xiàn)場施工協(xié)調(diào)，技術(shù)指導能力;

職責描述:

任職要求:

任職要求:
