第1篇 英文客服2023年上半年個人工作總結(jié)范文
瞬間,20__年即將過去,在這一年里,似乎值得自己去回顧的事情并不是很多,生活和工作依舊是沿途沒有什么風景,就在我以為大路朝前,日子就這樣平靜下去的時候。20__年_月,我經(jīng)過應(yīng)聘和選拔來到了__公司,我非常高興。
加入__公司已_個多月,但對于我來說,我成長了很多。從頭開始學習我不完全熟悉的一種工作方式、工作內(nèi)容、以及工作程序,讓我更加全面的、系統(tǒng)的了解整個英文客服的工作流程和內(nèi)容。兩個月的工作,并非盡如人意,這些還都有待于我進一步用心去學習,然后要熟練運用在工作中的每一個細節(jié)里。這段時間里我有過反省和思考,在這里既對自己前段時間工作批評,也做一些總結(jié),如何做好自己爭取在日后的工作中能有好的表現(xiàn),和大家一起服務(wù)于公司。
一、20__年總結(jié)
1、工作總結(jié)
20__年_月_日,我開始加入到__公司,跟著老員工學習,第一次參與訂單登記和后臺管理;第一次參與英文客服訂單驗證工作;第一次參與問題單、完成訂單回信;第一次接觸到chargeback、投訴處理。在這里,我看到了希望,因為我可以學到更多的工作內(nèi)容。由于之前我從事過相關(guān)工作,所以我上手很快。感謝領(lǐng)導和各位同事的指導幫助,感謝公司給了我學習的機會。在這里,我看到了一批拼命、賣力、踏實的人工作,我看到了一個好的團隊,而且我沒有了工作壓力感。但遺憾的是,我一直沒有自信獨立完成整個流程規(guī)范化的操作和控制,這將是在未來的一年中,我要面臨和改變的首要,也是最重要的問題。
2、工作中的不足
在工作中,我欠缺主動性,與領(lǐng)導和大家溝通較少,考慮問題不夠全面和細致,失誤較多,尤其是在訂單驗證和追單方面,我需要多花時間和精力去學習。因為這距離工作中公司領(lǐng)導對我的期望和要求還有很大的距離。同時,英語理論知識水平、工作壓力承受能力,以及對具體工作的實施與計劃等問題上還有待進一步提高,一系列的問題需要我在以后的工作中努力克服和解決,使自己更好地做好本職工作。并且自己應(yīng)該而且能夠做的事情,要勇于承擔,不依賴他人,不退縮、不逃避,勇敢地邁出每一步,今后在工作中才能做到更加自信和大膽仔細。
二、20__年計劃
新的一年即將到來,充滿了挑戰(zhàn)和機遇,我必須更加的努力。看似容易,做起來卻是需要用心、用力、用態(tài)度的,需要有自信,有更強的耐力。我堅信有公司領(lǐng)導的正確決策,有各位同事的協(xié)助,加上我個人的不懈努力,20__年會是我在公司實現(xiàn)蛻變的一年。
1、增強責任感,服從領(lǐng)導安排,積極與領(lǐng)導溝通,提高工作效率。
要積極主動地把工作做到點上,落到實處,減少工作失誤。時刻堅持不懂就問,不明白就多學的態(tài)度,與同事多合作,與領(lǐng)導多匯報工作情況和建議,做為一個新人要將自己放的低一點,懂得團隊的力量和重要性。
2、勤學習,提高專業(yè)服務(wù)能力。
涉及到工作相關(guān)知識的學習,不怕苦難,努力克服。工作中遇到了許多接觸少,甚至從不了解的新事物、新問題、新情況。比如service信件處理、退款流程、訂單登記細節(jié)處理、打電話驗證,回答客人問題等。面對這些問題,要自己先多了解,熟悉公司的產(chǎn)品,訂單操作,以及如何管理,做到心中有數(shù),使自己很快能進入工作角色,用專業(yè)的言語向客戶表達。
3、多行動,堅守工作職責。
英文客服崗位,工作時間長,任務(wù)繁重,壓力大,有夜班,肩負著公司的形象。所以,需要的是有責任心、不怕吃苦、能耐勞、樂于奉獻的人。我們也要學會不斷調(diào)節(jié)自己的情緒,給自己解壓。
工作無大小,只是分工不同,貢獻無多少,要看用心沒有,沒有必要斤斤計較。我剛走出校門,社會經(jīng)驗和工作經(jīng)驗少,因此我們也被很多人用眼高手低來形容。然而,我個人認為自己的上進心很強,的特點就是學習能力,待人真誠。工作中,要勤于動手做好本職工作,謙虛敬慎,不驕不躁,不做言語的巨人。不論是辦公室的日常方案,還是工作上的任務(wù),我都要用心做到更好。學會及時專業(yè)的勤總結(jié)、勤分析、勤匯總,并最終完成自己我的提升和成長。學會磨練自己,拓寬自己,憑借公司的良好環(huán)境提升自己。
4、善于思考,理論聯(lián)系實際。
在工作中做一個留心人。在公司領(lǐng)導的指導關(guān)心下,我逐漸熟悉了工作情況,通過自身細心觀察和留意,反思和總結(jié),吸取精華,提取糟粕,在工作中不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗。捕捉和發(fā)現(xiàn)大家工作中的亮點,加以學習和自我提高,拓寬知識面,提高履行崗位職責的能力。

1. draw lessons from the year

what have you e_perienced this year? what have you learned from them? with every e_perience we face, there are important things to learn. we can either let these incidences paus by, or we can stop to understand, internalize them, and draw lessons from them. life is your school, and the lessons are dressed up as your everyday incidences. you don’t want to be living year after year without learning from your e_periences. that’s just sleepwalking your life away.
這一年,你經(jīng)歷了些什么?從中你又學到了些什么?我們面對的每一次經(jīng)歷,都有一些重要的東西值得學習,我們可能會讓發(fā)生的這些事情就從我們的生命中匆匆而過,或者我們也可以選擇停下來,理解并消化這些經(jīng)歷,從中學到經(jīng)驗教訓。生活就是你的學校,這些經(jīng)驗教訓會假扮成每天的瑣事。你也不想年復(fù)一年只是過生活,卻從不從經(jīng)歷中學到些什么吧,那樣的話,你只是在夢游度日。
there are a lot of lessons which i learn every year. looking back at my review for 20__, one of the biggest lessons i learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. this realization came after a highly intense period at my job. at that time i was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. it was after a short period of feeling miserable that i realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. i could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or i could take action and make the best out of it. this small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. it made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. happineis truly a choice.
每年我都能學到很多?,F(xiàn)在回頭看看我20__年的總結(jié),我學到的最重要的一課是“我們對生活環(huán)境的反應(yīng)是一種選擇”,取決于我們?nèi)绾谓鉀Q遇到的情況。這種感悟是在我的工作經(jīng)歷了一段高度緊張的階段之后得出的。其實那時候我是個很積極向上的人,但是當時的情況完全不在我的掌控下,讓我也變得消極了。有那么一小段時間,我覺得很痛苦,然后我就意識到,生活就是這樣,如何做到取決于我自己,我可以選擇干坐在那里抱怨牢騷,但這根本對改變現(xiàn)狀一點幫助都不起;我也可以選擇采取行動做到。這樣簡單的心態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變使我的生活出現(xiàn)了很大的改變:我變得更加主動,積極選擇解決問題的方法。這也讓我意識到,我們許多人在遇到不利狀況時,總是背負了太多不必要的包袱,只要采取行動,我們就能創(chuàng)造想要的生活。幸??鞓菲鋵嵵皇莻€選擇。
because i would write down lessons i learned each time (in my life handbook), i could then build upon my learnings. rather than deja vuing through life situations, every time i would think about how i could apply what i had learned earlier and how i could do something different. as a result, i kept moving forward in my growth.
因為我每次都會記下學到的經(jīng)驗教訓(在我的生活手冊里),所以我從所學中慢慢成長。每次總結(jié)后我都會想,下次遇到我會如何利用之前學到的改正錯誤,而不是一次次的重復(fù)犯錯栽跟頭。就這樣,我在成長的路上一步步前進。
2. wrap up what you’ve done this year
打包今年所做的事情
many things can happen in a year and this is the perfect time to wrap them up. were there any ups and downs? did you get a promotion? did you recently quit your job and joined a new workplace? did you just start up a business? did you move to a new place? did you just end an unhappy relationship? did you move on from a bad partnership? any major events took place? or perhaps there are nothing significant that happened?
每年都會發(fā)生許許多多的事情,現(xiàn)在就是你把之前的事情打包的時機。生活中有一些起起落落?你升職了?最近剛辭職進入新的工作環(huán)境?剛開始創(chuàng)業(yè)?搬到新地方?剛結(jié)束一段不快樂的感情?走出了一段很糟的伙伴關(guān)系?發(fā)生了很多大事?也或許沒什么重要的事情發(fā)生?
this is the time to wrap up the year. it’s time to let go of past baggage, tie up the loose ends, tidy up your feelings, and get ready for what’s ahead.

3. regain focus
重新找到重點
after working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the ne_t. subsequently, it’s so easy to fall into a routine without being conscious of it. sometimes i hear people commenting that they’re not sure what e_actly they’ve been doing with the past few years of their lives, because everything just seems like the same.
工作了幾年后你會發(fā)現(xiàn),每年似乎開始有些混在一起的感覺,很難把它們區(qū)分開來。然后不知不覺,工作就很容易變成例行公事的老套路。有時候我會聽到人們在說,不知道過去的幾年具體都干了些什么,因為一切看起來都一樣。
it’s just like driving. when you’re driving in a car, it can be hard to see where you are and where you’re heading to. on the other hand, pausing for a short moment to look at the map can be amazingly helpful. where are you right now? how far have you traveled? where do you want to go to? doing so helps you to regain focus.

last but not least, your annual review will help you to start the ne_t year on a high note. as i’m going to share later in the post, doing your review includes setting your goals for the ne_t year. for this year 20__, my one single biggest goal was to build this blog. so this year, while other people were figuring out what to make out of their year, i was a person on a mission. by mid-year i had already e_ceeded some of my goals, and now that it’s the end of the year, i’ve accomplished what i had set out to do at the beginning, and more.

this column addresses giving a review. in a subsequent article i’ll tackle how to get the most out of receiving a review. both articles aim to challenge you to shift your focus to the emotional e_perience on both sides of the table, and to increase the payback from year-end reviews by developing some key psychological skills.
the organizational barriers to having productive year-end reviews can be formidable. the tight link between reviews and compensation discourages openness and honesty. managers at all levels may think as much about their organization’s needs as about individual performance when they do the reviews. for e_ample, interdepartmental rivalries can force a kind of uniformity on your reviews as you try to do the best you can for your people in terms of compensation. if your organization’s culture discourages open and honest feedback ('we don’t do warm and fuzzy'), you may feel constrained to just focus on the numbers. anything else might make you feel like an outlier and make your direct report feel singled out and an_ious.
but even in an unfavorable organizational environment there are things you can control to get more from the process. by better understanding the e_perience on a gut emotional level and working on some key psychological skills, you can create a more useful e_perience and become a better leader in the process.
ideally, the year-end review is all about the employee’s development. as a leader committed to optimal performance, you understand the importance of the fit between an employee’s skills, talents, and career goals and his or her organizational role. when you know how best to connect the arc of individual development with the direction of your organization, you form a partnership for growth with the employee. this partnership depends on candid feedback on the individual’s performance, your identification of personal and organizational barriers to better performance and your ongoing availability to help remove those barriers.
managers commonly get derailed from the ideal developmental focus in year-end reviews by their own personal psychological challenges. it happens in these ways:
--conflict avoidance: a fear of conflict can lead you to avoid difficult--and also meaningful--performance discussions with your subordinates. that fear of conflict can arise from deep-seated personal issues, a lack of skills for managing conflict or both.
--need for approval: a strong need for approval often goes hand in hand with conflict avoidance. managers approach their roles as a vehicle for acceptance and admiration more often than is commonly acknowledged. if you seek affirmation from your employees, even unconsciously, you may be sacrificing longer-term development and performance in favor of short-term comfort and acceptance. at the same time, your inability to put your own needs aside makes it difficult to earn subordinates’ trust and respect.
--mistrust: your overall mistrust of people and their motives may make you think that employees don’t want to hear corrective feedback, can’t take it in and won’t use it constructively. if you have a high level of mistrust, you may be convinced that people in general are incapable of changing, are motivated by fear and learn only by being punished.
--lack of self-awareness: an inability to acknowledge your own motives and goals for the year-end review can mean mi_ed messages for your employees, sabotaging the process. for e_ample, by denying your own negative feelings toward a subordinate, you may force the review into a developmental framework that’s frustrating for both you and the employee, who really needs to be managed out of the organization. at the other e_treme, you could be hijacked by your own feelings of disappointment or envy and end up attacking an employee.

--trustworthiness: without trust, the year-end review is dead on arrival. the effective review depends on trust; it is also a prime opportunity to build trust. work on your trustworthiness to make the review process more productive for all concerned. do you consistently have your employees’ best interests in mind? do you follow through on your commitments to facilitate their development? will you act in ways that go beyond your self-interest? take time to look in the mirror and consider whether others see you as trustworthy.
--self-knowledge: it isn’t easy to keep your own personal likes and dislikes out of your objective assessment of someone else’s work, achievements or failures. you need to be scrupulously honest with yourself, confronting your own needs, motives and biases whenever you approach your employees. take the time to reflect on your own e_perience receiving reviews to guide you to a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses in the process. when you have strong personal feelings about an employee, you may want to consult trusted colleagues to get a different perspective.
