雖然中國(guó)有四億五千萬(wàn)人曾經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)或正在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，比美國(guó)人的人口還要多，但真正能用英語(yǔ)交流的人卻寥寥無(wú)幾。中國(guó)人辛勤耕耘英語(yǔ)十來(lái)年，付出了大量的時(shí)間，金錢(qián)，和精力，但結(jié)果還是聾啞英語(yǔ)，半吊子英語(yǔ)。

ladies and gentlemen, good morning. it’s my great honor to be here and i am very happy to see you all. thank you for being here. what i am going to talk about today is how to speak good english.
