您好!
作為我們xx大學(xué)的一名藝術(shù)系導(dǎo)師，我已經(jīng)感到這份工作的難得之處，以及這份工作是我的榮幸，我應(yīng)該珍惜才對(duì)的。可是我在經(jīng)過了千方百計(jì)的思考之后我還是感覺我擔(dān)不起這個(gè)教師的責(zé)任。這雖然是我不愿意看到的結(jié)果，可是我已經(jīng)別無他路，我的理想和現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)生了巨大的沖突，我已經(jīng)無法戰(zhàn)勝矛盾了，我決定退卻了。 我在學(xué)校任教的續(xù)簽合同(200*年-200*年)，到明年將屆期終。據(jù)合同規(guī)定，如一方有變動(dòng)意向，應(yīng)在到期前九十天知會(huì)對(duì)方。經(jīng)過慎重考慮，我決定在合同到期之日，結(jié)束我在本院的教學(xué)。 以下是對(duì)此決定的說明： 我深知，這一決定出于我對(duì)體制的不適應(yīng)，及不愿適應(yīng)。國(guó)家的進(jìn)步在于：個(gè)人可以在某一事物上抱持不同的立場(chǎng)。我的離去，將中止對(duì)教學(xué)造成的浪費(fèi)。我之請(qǐng)辭，非關(guān)待遇問題，亦非人事相處的困擾，而是至今不能認(rèn)同現(xiàn)行人文藝術(shù)教育體制。當(dāng)我對(duì)體制背后的國(guó)情漸有更深的認(rèn)知，最妥善的辦法，是主動(dòng)退出為宜。
茲付附件之一，是去年xx外辦轉(zhuǎn)請(qǐng)本院外辦要我書寫的述職報(bào)告，經(jīng)已呈交，因所涉不包括今年，故略作補(bǔ)充。附件之二《教條與功利》，是前年應(yīng)本院研究所教改會(huì)議要求所寫，因?qū)懺诩~約休假期間，回國(guó)過了交稿期，迄未呈交，今原稿附上。附件之三《我對(duì)本院 學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)體系報(bào)告 的意見》 這三份附件坦率陳述了我對(duì)教育體制與本院教學(xué)的質(zhì)疑，謹(jǐn)愿諸位對(duì)我請(qǐng)辭的理由有所了解。另有附件之四(近五年來學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)的粗略報(bào)告)及附件之五(關(guān)于遺留問題)，希請(qǐng)垂顧。
此報(bào)告，將同時(shí)呈交清華校方、外辦、人事辦各一份。我的職銜、工作、居留及醫(yī)療等證件，合同到期時(shí)將會(huì)上交，俾便注銷。目前借住的團(tuán)結(jié)湖教工宿舍，其入住性質(zhì)始終未獲解釋(參看附件之五)，何時(shí)搬離，聽候指示。五年期間，我的教學(xué)處處被動(dòng)而勉強(qiáng)，而光陰無情，業(yè)務(wù)荒廢，我亟盼回到畫架前獨(dú)自工作，繼續(xù)做個(gè)體藝術(shù)家。再次衷心感謝學(xué)院對(duì)我的重用與信賴。我與自己的職稱實(shí)難匹配，深感慚愧。五年教學(xué)是我彌足珍貴的人生經(jīng)驗(yàn)，雖以請(qǐng)辭告終，但我對(duì)本院與教學(xué)的感情，恐怕比諸位所能了解的更深。預(yù)先感謝院校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)予以批準(zhǔn)。 我衷心的希望我的離開不能給學(xué)校帶來任何的不便和傷害之處，我是衷心希望在我的離開之后，學(xué)校的教學(xué)成績(jī)能夠取得的成就，我的學(xué)生也能夠在畢業(yè)之后找到更好的去處，這是我的希望。若非現(xiàn)實(shí)與理想相差如此之遠(yuǎn)，我也不會(huì)辭去我的教師的工作的，這是一份多少人都?jí)裘乱郧蟮墓ぷ?，在大學(xué)里當(dāng)教師是有著很好的待遇和實(shí)現(xiàn)理想的平臺(tái)，可是卻不適合我!
