外國人來華旅游申請簽證注意事項

來華旅游的外國人申請l簽證時，須填寫《外國人簽證、居留許可申請表》，交一張近期二寸半身正面免冠彩色照片，出示本人護(hù)照等有效國際旅行證件及臨時住宿登記證明，并須提交以下證明材料：

1、提交在華接待單位公函;

2、在華無接待單位的，須提交能夠保證本人在華生活費用的經(jīng)濟(jì)證明(現(xiàn)鈔、旅行支票、匯票單據(jù)、現(xiàn)金卡等，每天按100美元計算);

3、有不可抗力原因申請團(tuán)體簽證的，須提交在華接待單位公函;

4、申請團(tuán)體簽證分離的，須提交在華接待單位公函;

5、申請補發(fā)團(tuán)體簽證的，須提交在華接待單位公函和本次入境的團(tuán)體簽證復(fù)印件。

注：

1、凡境外機構(gòu)出具的證明均須經(jīng)我國駐外使館或領(lǐng)館進(jìn)行認(rèn)證;

2、來華旅游申請簽證的外國人，須由本人提交申請，團(tuán)體旅游的可由在華接待旅行社代辦，代辦旅行社須在公安出入境管理部門登記備案，并指定專門外管聯(lián)絡(luò)員;

3、申請簽證時須提交申請材料的原件和復(fù)印件;

4、外國人來華旅游申請簽證辦理工作時限為3個工作日
