英文請假條的寫法及范例

1、寫法

首先，應該按照半正式的格式在假條的上方還是寫上如下信息：

to：假條是遞給誰的

from：請假人

date：寫假條的日期(注意不是請假的日期)

subject：寫上請假字樣

假條抬頭范例如下：
