第1篇 外企英文求職信特點(diǎn)
求職信一般由三部分組成：開頭、主體和結(jié)尾。開頭部分包括稱呼和引言，稱呼要恰當(dāng)，引言的主要作用是盡量引起對方的興趣看完你的材料，并自然進(jìn)入主題部分，開頭要人注目，說明應(yīng)聘緣由和目的。
主體部分是求職信的重點(diǎn)，簡明扼要并有針對性地概述自己的簡歷內(nèi)容，突出自己的特點(diǎn)，并努力使自己的描敘與所求職位要求一致，切勿夸大其辭或不著邊際，外企招聘人員尤其重視這一點(diǎn)。
結(jié)尾部分要做到令人口味，把你想得到工作的迫切心情表達(dá)出來，請用人單位盡快答復(fù)你并給予面試的機(jī)會(huì)，語氣要熱情、誠懇、有禮貌。同其它企業(yè)單位求職信相比，外企求職信有什么特點(diǎn)及要求呢?
(1)外企求職信一般要用外語寫，主要是英語，或準(zhǔn)備好中、英文兩份材料。寫求職信的過程本身也就反映出了你的外語水平，故應(yīng)盡量做到語言規(guī)范、符合外文習(xí)慣，減少語法錯(cuò)誤。
(2)求職信要有針對性。針對不同企業(yè)不同職位，求職信的內(nèi)容要有所變化，側(cè)重點(diǎn)有所不同，使對方覺得你的經(jīng)歷和素質(zhì)與所聘職位要求相一致，因?yàn)橥馄笳衅杆枰牟皇亲詈玫膯T工，而是最適合其所聘工作的人。
(3)外企求職信中不要流露出不自信的思想，心得體會(huì)外企忌諱的是不自信，這與中國傳統(tǒng)的“謙虛是美德”略有不同，在寫外企求職信中，不必太謙虛，應(yīng)充分強(qiáng)調(diào)啟己的長處和技能，對自己較重要的經(jīng)歷和實(shí)踐要較詳細(xì)的敘述。
(4)要本著誠實(shí)不欺的原由，不能無中生有，自吹自擂。因?yàn)槲鞣饺苏J(rèn)為誠實(shí)守信是一個(gè)人的第一美德。有一個(gè)外企應(yīng)聘者在寫求職信中寫到自己愛好興趣時(shí)，寫了喜歡旅游和賽艇，其人實(shí)際上很少外出，對賽艇更是一無所知，但為了以具有冒險(xiǎn)精神及刺激性的形象吸引外企招聘者故意加了這兩條。結(jié)果在后來面試中，主試者談到自己也是個(gè)賽艇愛好者，但對賽艇轉(zhuǎn)彎技術(shù)卻不甚了解，想與該應(yīng)聘者切磋。應(yīng)聘者立即面紅耳赤，手足無措，不由得不承認(rèn)其對賽艇一無所知。主試者不滿其弄虛作假立即拒絕錄用他。
(5)在寫外企求職信中，經(jīng)注意寫“怎么干”這比”干什么”更重要。比如你擔(dān)任過校學(xué)生會(huì)主席，不要光寫頭銜，更重要的是你是如何擔(dān)任這個(gè)職位的，組織了哪些活動(dòng)，有什么成績，怎么組織這些活動(dòng)，工作總結(jié)達(dá)到既定目標(biāo)。因?yàn)橥馄笾匾暤牟皇悄愕纳矸荩悄闳绾卧谒温毼簧习l(fā)揮你的才能，他們大都以此來判斷你的能力和潛力是否能勝任其所聘職位的工作。
