i came to know him in september 1987 when mr.chen enrolled in my class on fortran iv programming,a three semesters' course.in the class he was one of the most outstanding students.at the semester final he earned a high grade of 81,which should be 'a'according to our grading system.i also found him good at other studies.

有硬性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還好辦，關(guān)鍵是入圍后怎樣突出自己。這里涉及很多方面，我只想談?wù)務(wù)夜ぷ鞯哪康男?。公司挑人，你也挑工作，如果你各方面條件都符合職位的要求，也得你自己想做這個(gè)職位才行啊。有些年輕人根本都沒(méi)想好自己想要做什么，公司可沒(méi)有因材施教的義務(wù)。想起來(lái)我也做過(guò)這樣的蠢事。前年我認(rèn)識(shí)了一個(gè)曾在ge(通用電氣公司)工作的秘書，她不知為何特別喜歡我，知道我一年內(nèi)要畢業(yè)了，非要我給她在ge的老朋友寫求職信。我在ge網(wǎng)站看過(guò)，根本沒(méi)有對(duì)口的工作，不過(guò)盛情難卻，就按照她給的地址寫了信，當(dāng)然也不指望什么回音。過(guò)了個(gè)把月，快把此事忘記的時(shí)候人家人事經(jīng)理卻回信了，而且還特長(zhǎng)，內(nèi)容卻是把我給說(shuō)了一頓，大概意思也就是：你的簡(jiǎn)歷里都沒(méi)寫清自己想干什么工作，難道要我?guī)湍惆才挪怀?？?/p>

說(shuō)實(shí)在的，這個(gè)世界上誰(shuí)也不喜歡被人批評(píng)，但善意的批評(píng)往往是“袋錢入你袋”，讓你吃一塹長(zhǎng)一智。往后，我就知道要在簡(jiǎn)歷里寫明想從事什么性質(zhì)的工作。當(dāng)我去幫助學(xué)生擇業(yè)的時(shí)候，也最先問(wèn)他們：“你想要干什么呢？”有的學(xué)生把作品寄給我，卻不說(shuō)他將來(lái)的職業(yè)方向，讓我怎么幫他呢？伯樂(lè)也不能瞎指揮駿馬吧。有些世界500強(qiáng)公司并不介意招收不同專業(yè)的本科生，培訓(xùn)后再分配到合適的崗位上去，可對(duì)于專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的研究生來(lái)說(shuō)，這就不太可能了。其實(shí)這學(xué)位越讀越專，轉(zhuǎn)行也就越不易。所以各位想要讀研的朋友們，真的要想清楚，讀碩、讀博都需要投入大量精力和金錢，而且最終還是為了將來(lái)的工作鋪路的，如果不喜歡哪個(gè)專業(yè)，即使專業(yè)非常熱門，也無(wú)謂在上面浪費(fèi)青春，到頭來(lái)受了不少苦頭還是要改行，就太不劃算了。

看過(guò)之后應(yīng)該對(duì)于英文求職信的寫法都有一定的認(rèn)識(shí)吧。未必要按照以上的照做，寫求職信應(yīng)該要有自己的元素，有自己的風(fēng)格。最起碼要用心創(chuàng)造有個(gè)性的求職信。
