我是7月24日下午到貴公司應(yīng)聘財務(wù)助理的陳茜。十分感謝您給了我這次面試機會！很高興認識您，跟您的談話是一次愉快而收獲甚大的經(jīng)歷。
我在這次交談中收獲甚大。在回答您關(guān)于職業(yè)規(guī)劃中計劃目標與實際目標的差距時，我認識到了標準需要量化和細節(jié)化的問題。雖然我一向要求自我做人做事注意細節(jié)，但是這次談話讓我對細節(jié)問題有了新的要求，那就是盡量量化，努力做到有據(jù)可循。在回答你關(guān)于用友erp和金碟財務(wù)軟件區(qū)別的問題，我回來總結(jié)時發(fā)現(xiàn)自我思維局限在區(qū)別的思考上，其實我當時所學(xué)習(xí)的兩種軟件是不可比的。因為我學(xué)習(xí)使用的用友erp軟件是當時最新的版本，而金蝶軟件是幾年前的版本。之后我上網(wǎng)找資料了解這兩種軟件的資料，還是不能對這些區(qū)別有所定論。其實單純從學(xué)習(xí)的角度出發(fā)，我個人認為就應(yīng)是大同小異的，因為我第一個學(xué)習(xí)的財務(wù)軟件是用友erp-u8，之后學(xué)習(xí)其他軟件包括使用實習(xí)單位的財務(wù)軟件都不需要什么培訓(xùn)，功能設(shè)置和操作上都沒什么很大差別。最后，關(guān)于erp適用什么樣企業(yè)的問題，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自我學(xué)習(xí)的局限性。學(xué)習(xí)軟件操作，能夠到達熟練操作是學(xué)習(xí)的目標，但是能夠掌握軟件的其他知識是個人的一種核心競爭力，正如帶給增值服務(wù)是貴公司的核心競爭力之一，擁有別人所沒有的知識和技能是一種實力的競爭力。
在短短20多分鐘的談話中，我盡一步認識到自我的不足并從發(fā)現(xiàn)的那一刻起努力糾正，完善自我！再次感謝您！
