1、熟悉運用會計準則、上市規(guī)則、稅收等相關法規(guī);協(xié)助建立并完善集團公司財務報表分析的體系、標準與方法;
2、熟悉企業(yè)經營生產環(huán)境,能對財務指標的變動原因做出準確判斷;
3、根據(jù)月、季、年度財務狀況編制財務分析報告,為業(yè)務經營提供有效的財務信息與財務分析支持;
4、 參與集團子公司的利稅平衡測算工作,制定各子公司的利稅目標;
5、 參與集團特殊項目財務分析工作,提供財務決策支持。
任職要求:
學歷:本科及以上學歷,財務、經濟學等相關專業(yè);
經歷:5年以上集團型企業(yè)工作經驗,3年以上核算、財務分析、預算等相關業(yè)務工作經驗;
專業(yè)能力:具備扎實的財務專業(yè)知識,較強的分析能力、數(shù)據(jù)處理能力;
綜合能力:良好的溝通、協(xié)調能力和團隊精神;英語語言流利,能夠作為工作語言。

1. guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the plant according to the group， business group and division policies， including compliance with relevant chinese and ifrs accounting rules;
2. lead finance monthly closing and submit financial report according to group request;
3. identify standard cost， check material purchasing price， analyze variance vs standard price and budget price， improve plant profitability;
4. participate in program control， follow commercial progress;
5. strengthen internal control， implement group internal control basic;
6. in charge of inventory management and analysis.
任職資格:
1，university degree， majoring in accountancy/finance;
2，years’e_perience in manufacturing plant;
3，self-motivated， detail-oriented and proactive;
4，able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
補充:
崗位要求:
1.了解sap系統(tǒng);
2.英語至少要求讀寫;
3.有管理經驗者優(yōu)先。
