? more than 8 years working e_prience and more than 4 years team management e_peience.
8年以上工作經(jīng)驗，4年以上團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗
? be familiar with ts16949 quality system and 5s management.熟悉ts16946質(zhì)量管理流程和5s管理體系
? skilled communication ability in english獨立英語溝通能力
? be proficient with overall planning management and communication skills.非常全面的統(tǒng)籌計劃及溝通管理能力

規(guī)劃與模具開發(fā)部門整體資源和產(chǎn)能管理支持及核算， 提供可視與透明化數(shù)據(jù)
■overall plan to the design team. project team， tool manufacturing/test team， tool outsourcing team， tool setup team， maintenance team and sub supplier supply etc.
整體計劃于設(shè)計團(tuán)隊，項目團(tuán)隊，模具制造/測試團(tuán)隊，生產(chǎn)模具換模團(tuán)隊，模具采購團(tuán)隊，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊和分供應(yīng)商供應(yīng)等
■coordinate with other functional team to secure the daily business get plan and achieved according to plan.
協(xié)調(diào)與其它功能團(tuán)隊指定工作計劃并確保計劃得以完成
■tooling and tooling manufacturing process outsourcing in and out management， storage and record etc..

模具主管工程師崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1. 根據(jù)設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求按時完成設(shè)計工作;
2. 組織設(shè)計評審，及時提出設(shè)計思路，方案與項目溝通;
3. 及時處理和反映設(shè)計過程中發(fā)生的各類問題，及時溝通;
4. 認(rèn)真填寫設(shè)計工序的各項表單記錄;
5. 負(fù)責(zé)新模具的3d設(shè)計、變更，2d圖紙的建立及生產(chǎn)修改模具的數(shù)據(jù)變更;
6. 參與項目前期分析、檢付，協(xié)助pe完成前期dfm報告;
7. 完成上級交辦的其他事項。
任職資格:
1、40歲以下，大專及以上學(xué)歷;
2、有5年以上的塑料模治具設(shè)計經(jīng)驗(從事精密模設(shè)計優(yōu)先)，熟練使用ug和cad軟件，會制作模具dfm報告
