工程弱電崗位職責
智能化弱電工程師 華脈科技 南京華脈科技股份有限公司，南京華脈 1.工作年限:從事智能化，弱電工作5年以上工作，具有售前，招投標，方案制作能力。
2.曾獨立制作500萬左右智能化系統(tǒng)方案及設(shè)計工作。

4.對機房系統(tǒng)中的子系統(tǒng)熟悉，可以獨立完成中小型數(shù)據(jù)機房的設(shè)計及方案工作。

6.熟練使用cad等軟件。

第2篇 工程部強弱電崗位職責任職要求
工程部強弱電崗位職責
職責描述:
1、在工程經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導下，全面負責物管工程部的強弱電工程類管理工作;
2、貫徹落實物業(yè)管理總目標，保證強弱電工程管理體系的有效運行，對管理與服務的質(zhì)量進行管控。
3、編制設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)計劃及應急預案，負責所有強弱電電設(shè)備、系統(tǒng)的正常運行、管理、維護、維修、保養(yǎng)，全面掌握強弱電電系統(tǒng)及其設(shè)備的性能和使用方法。
任職要求:
1、5年以上大型物業(yè)強弱電系統(tǒng)管理經(jīng)驗，具有中級及以上職稱;
2、有豐富的強弱電專業(yè)知識和技術(shù)問題處理經(jīng)驗;
3、具備一定的管理、組織能力與良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;
4、熟悉和遵守國家有關(guān)電氣設(shè)備管理、運行等方面的法規(guī)、規(guī)范及安全操作規(guī)程;
5、工作嚴謹，預控性、計劃性﹑溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強，責任心強。
6、熟悉大型設(shè)備、配電室、機房等強電工程施工管理。
第3篇 物業(yè)弱電崗位職責任職要求
物業(yè)弱電崗位職責
職責描述:
職責描述:
1、 負責保障監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、火災自動報警系統(tǒng)、樓宇自控系統(tǒng)、門禁可視對講系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡、電話和有線電視系統(tǒng)、停車管理系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備設(shè)施的正常運行。
2、 負責協(xié)助配合歌華有線、中國聯(lián)通、中國電信、中國移動等相關(guān)單位保障有線電視、固定電話和無線網(wǎng)絡辦公、手機信號等系統(tǒng)設(shè)備正常運行。
3、 負責制定、落實弱電專業(yè)設(shè)備保養(yǎng)、檢修、更新、改造、添置和代維等工作的計劃，提交上級審批后執(zhí)行。
4、 負責制定弱電設(shè)備設(shè)施管理維護的各項規(guī)章制度和標準。
5、 負責對本專業(yè)人員進行管理、安全教育和專業(yè)技能培訓和考評，使人員業(yè)務素質(zhì)的得到不斷提高。
6、 負責收集弱電設(shè)備設(shè)施和電梯有關(guān)技術(shù)資料和圖紙，建立、建全設(shè)備管理檔案;整理、保存設(shè)備運行記錄、檢修記錄、事故記錄、巡視記錄、值班記錄等。
7、 負責各個管理區(qū)域內(nèi)弱電系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)維護和管理，按質(zhì)量要求制定管理辦法和運行維護規(guī)范，監(jiān)督、檢查、指導各個管理區(qū)域內(nèi)運行管理班組對弱電設(shè)備、線路的維護保養(yǎng)工作。
8、 負責本專業(yè)相關(guān)項目的費用控制、審核和經(jīng)濟分析，制定年預算計劃。
9、 掌握緊急事件處理程序，遇突發(fā)事件應及時同相關(guān)部門進行處理。負責組織實施與本專業(yè)相關(guān)的防火、防盜、防止人身傷亡事故和設(shè)備設(shè)施故障事故的安全防范工作。
10、 負責對業(yè)主二次裝修本專業(yè)的圖紙審核及驗收工作。處理解決業(yè)主對本專業(yè)工作的投訴意見。
11、 完成領(lǐng)導交辦的臨時性工作。
任職要求:
1、熟悉電腦、網(wǎng)絡管理程序，能夠識圖及系統(tǒng)操作并具有簡便維修繪圖能力。
2、身體健康，大專(或同等學歷)以上學歷，熟悉國家有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)有關(guān)知識;
3、有樓宇自動化證書，具有5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(在酒店工作三年以上者優(yōu)先考慮);
4、具備較強的組織管理能力和對突發(fā)事件的判斷、處置能力，思維縝密，工作井井有條，善于溝通，協(xié)調(diào)能力強，為人正派，作風踏實，工作深入。

智能樓宇弱電崗位職責
職責描述:
任職資格:
1、全日制本科及以上學歷，暖通、電氣、計算機應用、控制自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、2年以上機電工程類模塊專業(yè)技能及機電工程管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
任職要求:
1、負責協(xié)助工程師工作，并協(xié)助工程師編制“慧云”智能化管理系統(tǒng)各系統(tǒng)運行模式，上報公司審批。
2、負責協(xié)助工程師監(jiān)視各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備日常運行參數(shù)、運行方式;
3、現(xiàn)設(shè)備參數(shù)及視頻異常情況或出現(xiàn)問題與報警的信息，負責前往現(xiàn)場、核實、確認，并匯報查看結(jié)果;
4、如設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障，應與上級部門聯(lián)系維修，并跟蹤設(shè)備問題處理的情況;
