游泳教練職位要求
1.持有救生員和游泳教練員證書；
2.具有親和力，能與客戶良好的交流；
3.熱愛體育事業(yè)，熱愛游泳教學，具備豐富的游泳理論知識和實踐經(jīng)驗，示范動作標準；
4.工作態(tài)度積極、主動、認真、負責，肯吃苦；
5.有高度的責任心，具備急救技能。
游泳教練崗位職責
1.負責指導客人學習各種游泳技術動作；
2.根據(jù)客人實際情況，指導客人進行游泳訓練；
3.協(xié)助救護員進行救護工作，疏導工作；
4.合理安排課時計劃，合理組織教學；
5.保證學生的人身安全，嚴格要求，嚴格管理。

游泳教師崗位職責
swimming teacher游泳教師 nord anglia education 諾地安格(上海)商務信息咨詢有限公司，諾地安格 we are seeking a primary science teacher at nord anglia school， fangshan， beijing， toimplement and
deliver swimming courses， according to the age， aptitude and abilities of the students
being taught.
the ideal candidate will be/have:
_ inspire trust and confidence in students and colleagues;
_ build team commitment with colleagues and in the classroom engage and motivate pupils;
_ demonstrate analytical thinking;
_ improve the quality of students' learning;

_ use the student tracking and reporting process to advance student learning and enhance professional practice in line with the school's aspirations and priorities;

key responsibilities:
planning， teaching and class management
plan their teaching to achieve progression of learning through:

? understanding and applying a range of teaching strategies;

? use performance data to evaluate students' progress and set appropriate targets for improvement;
? use assessment to inform planning and teaching;

pastoral duties
? be a form tutor to an assigned group of students;
? promote the general progress and well-being of individual students and of the form tutor group as a whole;
? liaise with pastoral leaders to ensure the implementation of the school's pastoral system;
? register students， accompany them to assemblies， encourage their full attendance at all lessons and their participation in other aspects of school life;
? contribute to the preparation of action plans and progress files and other reports;
? alert appropriate staff to problems e_perienced by students and make recommendations as to how these may be resolved;
? communicate， as appropriate， with parents of students and persons or bodies outside the school concerned with the welfare of individual students， after consultation with appropriate staff;
