3、學(xué)習(xí)掌握相關(guān)政策法規(guī),及時(shí)掌握政策動(dòng)態(tài);

4、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。

任職要求:

1、中專及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理專業(yè),或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、工商管理、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;

2、熟悉勞動(dòng)合同法、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)法等人力資源相關(guān)法律法規(guī)等;

3、有較好的文字基礎(chǔ),能夠撰寫(xiě)計(jì)劃總結(jié)等方面材料,較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力及口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力;

4、五官端正,具有良好的溝通能力,執(zhí)行能力,性格開(kāi)朗、有耐心。

??develop e-commerce business via different platform e.g. public e-commerce site & company site,

etc.

??conduct e-commerce internal testing operation plan & e_ecute.

??responsible for tracking/analyzing platform performance on a weekly or monthly basis.

??conduct merchandising planning and sales analysis

? work closely with different b2b consignment platforms to boost sales

? work with platform on online/offline roadshow or campaign

??work closely with logistic team for processing and shipping orders, managing inventory and

physical movement.

??update and maintain the inventory list of ecommerce platforms.

??update and maintain the product image and product description library.

??review the product description. strong ability to write direct response marketing copy.
