1、3年以上優(yōu)秀家電企業(yè)配套部件供銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

2、1年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、具備較高的溝通能力、預(yù)測(cè)能力、表達(dá)能力和專業(yè)知識(shí)水平;

4、在小家電企業(yè)有采購或供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先

崗位職責(zé):

1、負(fù)責(zé)配套零部件市場(chǎng)企劃與產(chǎn)品推廣,進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷整體分析與規(guī)劃,及時(shí)跟蹤客戶信息,確保完成銷售指標(biāo)。

2、協(xié)助事業(yè)部負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)配套零部件營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷組織、營(yíng)銷支持、營(yíng)銷監(jiān)督、營(yíng)銷控制,確保營(yíng)銷規(guī)劃到位、營(yíng)銷方向到位,營(yíng)銷動(dòng)作到位、營(yíng)銷目標(biāo)到位。

3、負(fù)責(zé)核心客戶的開發(fā)和日常維護(hù)。

4、通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)查以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜集客戶信息,進(jìn)行客戶定向開發(fā)。

5、收集競(jìng)品市場(chǎng)情報(bào)、相關(guān)行業(yè)政策與動(dòng)向、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃與布局等信息,整理并共享。崗位要求

qualifications:

? 10 years above automotive tier1 sales working e_perience

? strong communication and coordination skill within different cultures and changes;

1.1潛在業(yè)務(wù)初步篩選;

1.2新項(xiàng)目的開拓業(yè)務(wù);內(nèi)容是:潛在業(yè)務(wù)提案,業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)價(jià),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及用戶信息收集分析,商務(wù)談判,爭(zhēng)取定點(diǎn);

2、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程中的價(jià)格跟蹤,商務(wù)談判及斷點(diǎn)管理控制;

3、與客戶溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、商談售后配件零件價(jià)格并簽訂商務(wù)合同;

4、與客戶溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、商談現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)零件工程更改價(jià)格變動(dòng)并更新簽訂商務(wù)合同;

5、負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的銷售工作,包括:年度供貨合同及價(jià)格合同的評(píng)審、簽訂、執(zhí)行、維護(hù)工作,制定年度銷售預(yù)算及五年銷售規(guī)劃,協(xié)調(diào)推動(dòng)按時(shí)開票、向客戶遞交發(fā)票、客戶接受發(fā)票后協(xié)調(diào)收款進(jìn)程中的各類相關(guān)問題以保證資金回?cái)n工作的按目標(biāo)完成;
