第1篇 市場(chǎng)經(jīng)理(能源分公司)崗位職責(zé)職位要求

職責(zé)描述:

崗位職責(zé)

1、對(duì)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域/行業(yè)的能環(huán)市場(chǎng)實(shí)施調(diào)研,收集、整理市場(chǎng)信息情報(bào)(包括用戶、項(xiàng)目及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手等);跟蹤負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域/行業(yè)內(nèi)能環(huán)市場(chǎng)信息、有關(guān)能環(huán)政策以及地方特殊優(yōu)惠政策,及時(shí)提出市場(chǎng)開發(fā)應(yīng)對(duì)方案;

2、開發(fā)和利用各種關(guān)系與資源,挖掘和識(shí)別潛在客戶和項(xiàng)目,并作出初步項(xiàng)目投資分析,并在分析的基礎(chǔ)上制定營(yíng)銷策略,為公司管理層及相關(guān)部門員工提供信息和決策支持;

3、協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)外部資源,組織實(shí)施能環(huán)項(xiàng)目的接洽、談判,確保市場(chǎng)開發(fā)過程中與政府機(jī)構(gòu)、合作方的有效溝通,并確保公司利益;

4、負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)活動(dòng),落實(shí)公司的各類宣傳工作

5、協(xié)調(diào)配合項(xiàng)目建設(shè)等相關(guān)工作,確保商務(wù)合同的執(zhí)行;

6、負(fù)責(zé)所轄工作文檔的整理、備案和管理;

7、負(fù)責(zé)招投標(biāo)工作的流程及標(biāo)書的制作。

職位要求

1、有大型工程公司工作、設(shè)計(jì)院等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

2、3年以上市場(chǎng)開發(fā)及管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬),熟悉epc/emc項(xiàng)目建設(shè)相關(guān)政策以及行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),具有良好的政府人脈關(guān)系和社會(huì)資源,有相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及客戶資源優(yōu)先;

3、反應(yīng)靈敏,有及時(shí)應(yīng)變突發(fā)狀況并解決的能力,熟悉招投標(biāo)流程,較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、親和力,形象氣質(zhì)佳

3、有較強(qiáng)的談判能力和公關(guān)能力,富有開拓精神,并能承受工作壓力;

4、有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。根據(jù)工作要求,能夠適應(yīng)經(jīng)常性出差;

5、有c1或以上駕照,具備熟練駕駛技能。

6、工商管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、電力、水利、熱力、燃?xì)?、暖風(fēng)、能源環(huán)保及相關(guān)行業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷(特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬)

?work closely with regional sales managers to provide assistance, gather customer needs, market trends and competitive information.

?assist to create and develop national marketing programs and tools that are targeted and make sure the implementation in local to the achievement of local sales and margin goals.

?support the development of regional marketing planning including program and materials, evaluate its effectiveness

requirements:

industry e_periences: minimum 3 years working e_perience in pharmaceutical industry

position e_periences:

minimum 2 years working e_perience on central or local marketing

minimum 1 year sales working background is preferred

language skills: fluent in english both oral and written would be better

computer skills: working knowledge, especially good at e_cel and powerpoint

mobility: willing to travel frequently

other special requirements:

thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plus

good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense

strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill

strong analytical skills including business and financial management

autonomy/independence, assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential

should be self-motivated, creative and well organized
