1. establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders;
2. provide daily support to users to protect on-going business;
3. understand in depth of the business processes supported by the system;
4. monitor system performance;
5. ensure application and service processes and outputs are error free and complete;

7. ensure continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms. track progress and escalating as appropriate unless resolution reached;
