第1篇 功能安全工程師職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求
職位描述：
職責(zé)描述：
1.負(fù)責(zé)安全分析創(chuàng)建安全目標(biāo)和其屬性，并與oem進(jìn)行功能安全目標(biāo)溝通；
2.負(fù)責(zé)功能安全設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、驗(yàn)證指導(dǎo)；
3.負(fù)責(zé)功能安全概念和技術(shù)安全需求的編寫；
4.支持功能安全評(píng)估以確保滿足功能安全；
5.在功能安全方面評(píng)估供應(yīng)商并支持供應(yīng)商的功能安全活動(dòng)；
6.編寫安全檔案并提交給客戶；
7.支持系統(tǒng)、硬件和軟件的開發(fā)執(zhí)行明確的安全策略并建立功能安全的實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)節(jié)以及相關(guān)測(cè)試以滿足iso26262的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；
8.根據(jù)a-spice的要求，建議公司的研發(fā)成熟度體系流程，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行支持，監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和測(cè)試的運(yùn)作，保證最終產(chǎn)品能滿足a-spice的體系要求，檢查項(xiàng)目的架構(gòu)和流程，發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)照a-spice的差距項(xiàng)監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)差距項(xiàng)的過(guò)程改進(jìn)。
職位要求：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，電子或相關(guān)技術(shù)；
5年以上汽車電子產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擁有iso26262和a-spice成功實(shí)施的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擁有公司內(nèi)外部軟件過(guò)程審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
熟悉功能安全設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能；熟悉功能安全相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如：iec61508，iso26262；熟悉功能安全管理流程及各階段的工作產(chǎn)品要求；熟悉a-spice，熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程，方法，工具，軟件過(guò)程。
第2篇 嵌入式軟件開發(fā)工程師（功能安全）職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求
職位描述：
1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品安全生命周期開發(fā)階段功能安全工作的規(guī)劃和協(xié)調(diào)。
responsible for the planning and
coordination of the functional safety activities in the develop-ment phases of
safety lifecycle.
2.負(fù)責(zé)安全規(guī)劃的維持和安全活動(dòng)過(guò)程的監(jiān)督。
responsible for maintaining the safety
plan and monitoring the progress of the safety activities.
3.負(fù)責(zé)安全規(guī)劃內(nèi)工作的細(xì)分和協(xié)調(diào)，及公司內(nèi)的交流。

崗位要求：
position qualification:
1.本科及以上畢業(yè)，工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)。
bachelor/ master degree in relevant
engineering discipline.
2.五年以上汽車產(chǎn)品技術(shù)開發(fā)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5 years of e_perience in automotive
product development， with strong technical background.
3.兩年以上功能安全相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參與兩個(gè)以上項(xiàng)目的系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)估。
preferred two or more related working e_perience
in system safety work， and take part in system safety process for at least two
projects.
4.熟悉汽車電氣控制系統(tǒng)，及電氣功能。
well known of vehicle electrical control
system and related functions.
5.掌握iso26262， 具備iso26262高級(jí)功能安全認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。

第3篇 safety sw engineer 功能安全軟件開發(fā)工程師職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求
職位描述：
responsibilities:
review & clarify safety software requirements/solution
implement safety software according to coding guideline and iso26262 standard
implement and e_ecute automatic unit tests and static code analysis
integrate software components
prepare relevant documentation
calibrate software to vehicle and electric motor
contribute to safety software integration tests， verify safety software functionality
requirements:
bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or similar
3 years e_perience or more in embedded sw development
proficiency in c programming language
proficiency in debugging and testing embedded software
basic understanding of motor control and e-drive system
understand iso26262， e_perience in functional safety would be a plus.
familiar with autosar sw architecture
familiar with matlab/simulink preferred
good english communication skills
第4篇 高級(jí)功能安全軟件工程師（架構(gòu)師）（儀表或聚合數(shù)字座艙）職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求
職位描述：
responsibilities:
-analyze customer functional safety requirement
-propose technical safety concept on system level together with system manager
-create hsi (hardware software interface) together with hardware architects
-make sw safety strategies and participate in sw safety architect design
-implement some of functional safety components from sw side for in vehicle controllers or graphic controllers
-collaborate with global team (usa， germany， india， …) to fulfill common safety goals
-participate in functional safety activities and help safety manager to document sw safety tasks
-participate in agile/safe development activities
-make safety training to other software developers
technical requirements:
-bachelor/master in computer science， ee engineering， automation and similar area
-at least 5 years sw development e_perience in embedded products or sw tools
-good c/c++ programming skills
-e_perience with iso26262/functional safety in e_isting projects for safety related products (eps， steering， instrument cluster…)
-e_perienced in sw development under different os， for e_ample embedded linu_， rtos(qn_)， android
-familiar with some hmi/ui tools (e.g. qt， kanzi) is preferred
-e_perience with delivering/merging/baselining source code under svn， git， rtc， etc.
-familiar with script languages (e.g. shell， python…) is preferred
-be able to analyze/optimize system performance in function safety domain
-understanding on graphic rendering and knowledge in opengl is a plus
