3、能熟練運(yùn)用各種質(zhì)量工具(qc七大手法 、5why等)分析解決客戶投訴的質(zhì)量問題、能夠熟練操作質(zhì)量檢測和分析設(shè)備、能夠組織和全面分析質(zhì)量問題;
4、較強(qiáng)的組織能力和溝通能力。

第2篇 生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理工程師崗位職責(zé)
職位要求:
機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷
在機(jī)加、鈑金行業(yè)擁有5年以上生產(chǎn)或質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
精通各種機(jī)械制造工藝及工序(cnc加工/焊接/鑄造/車/銑/線切割等),能根據(jù)圖紙初步檢測零件的質(zhì)量
熟悉采購與新供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)流程,熟悉深圳周邊機(jī)加、鈑金、齒輪加工、模組等非標(biāo)加工的供應(yīng)商,擁有此類優(yōu)質(zhì)渠道資源者優(yōu)先
熟悉電機(jī)、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)及常用電氣元件采購流程
了解機(jī)械加工零件的校價(jià)、核價(jià)過程,對市場價(jià)格的變動(dòng)敏感,擁有一定的商務(wù)談判、議價(jià)能力
熟悉常用辦公軟件(word, e_cel, powerpoint)的使用
有能力使用solidworks、autocad查看圖紙相關(guān)信息

職位描述:
跟蹤產(chǎn)品制作全過程,負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品工藝性驗(yàn)證和質(zhì)量把控,督促生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度,并及時(shí)反饋。
做好預(yù)先品管,提醒供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)過程及檢測時(shí)的品質(zhì)注意事項(xiàng)。
負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商談判價(jià)格、品質(zhì)要求、交貨日期等,確定后下采購訂單,及時(shí)跟進(jìn)進(jìn)度,處理異常,確保按計(jì)劃交期交貨。
供應(yīng)商資源開發(fā),定期對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行審核;按供應(yīng)商的加工能力、品質(zhì)質(zhì)量、交貨準(zhǔn)時(shí)率等對其進(jìn)行比對分析。
負(fù)責(zé)采購過程中的退、換貨工作,對倉庫物料的退貨等處理工作。
維護(hù)與供應(yīng)商的良好合作關(guān)系,參與對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行考核、評估、巡場等。

6. lead the root cause investigations and analysis for quality issues such as customer complaints and inspection rejections. implement solutions to reduce complaint numbers. ensure that solutions to quality issues are properly implemented and upheld.
