職責(zé)描述：
1.柴油機(jī)性能指標(biāo)設(shè)定及目標(biāo)分解；
1. diesel engine performance inde_ setting and target decomposition
2.負(fù)責(zé)柴油機(jī)整機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)和瞬態(tài)性能開發(fā)；
2. responsible for the steady and transient performance development of diesel engine;
3.負(fù)責(zé)柴油機(jī)排放性能開發(fā)；
3. responsible for diesel engine emission performance development;
4.挖掘和跟蹤發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)及支持性能匹配過程中出現(xiàn)的各種問題，通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，找出和驗(yàn)證有效解決方案；
4. mining and tracking various problems in engine test and supporting performance matching， finding and verifying effective solutions through data analysis;
5.跟進(jìn)與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能相關(guān)的質(zhì)量問題。

職位要求：
1.本科或以上，車輛工程、輪機(jī)工程、熱能動(dòng)力、動(dòng)力機(jī)械等類專業(yè)
1. bachelor degree or above， majored in vehicle engineering， marine engineering， thermal power， power machinery， etc
2.具有柴油機(jī)硬件設(shè)計(jì)，柴油機(jī)試驗(yàn)開發(fā)工作或發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)標(biāo)定及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. e_perience in hardware design of diesel engine， diesel engine test and development or engine calibration
3.具備良好的讀寫能力，具備熟練的英語溝通交流能力者優(yōu)先
3. good at reading and writing skills， proficient english communication skills are preferred
4.能熟練使用office及數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)標(biāo)定等軟件

柴油機(jī)工程師崗位職責(zé)
柴油機(jī)電控單元驗(yàn)證測(cè)試工程師 法國賽科技術(shù)工程集團(tuán)中國總公司 賽科工業(yè)科技開發(fā)(武漢)有限公司，賽科 responsibilities:
? define and write a component validation plan in order to validate a component or a system composed with electronics control unit and / or electronic sensors.
? write a validation plan according to technical requirements (cts /hld / architecture/norms.…) in order to validate a component or a system.
? realize and write the test reports (cvp /ivp) and review the report with the component design engineer (cde).
? automatize as much as possible the test plan.
? write and describe in our tools (rtc) and review once a week with the component design engineer (cde) all the anomalies detected during the test.
? participate to continuous improvement by capitalizing new knowledge.
? respect safety rules and 5s.
? write lessons learned
? propose and define new means / new tools in order to improve our way to test
(test automation， software tools….)
requirement:
? bachelor degree or above
? electronic engineering or vehicle engineering related majors.
? e_perience on automotive e/e components development
? familiar with matlab， canape， doors (dynamic object oriented requirement system)， rtc (rational team concert)
? good understanding on diesel engine， knowledge of scr (selective catalytic reduction) will be preferred
? good communication skill with other team member
? fluent in english

柴油發(fā)電機(jī)工程師 1.負(fù)責(zé)風(fēng)光柴儲(chǔ)微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目中柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),負(fù)責(zé)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的電子電氣系統(tǒng)總成項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)支持、協(xié)調(diào);對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)單位提交的設(shè)計(jì)方案、圖紙進(jìn)行審核;
2.負(fù)責(zé)制定具體施工方案并對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行施工管理;負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)交底、設(shè)計(jì)變更、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)電機(jī)組的并機(jī)調(diào)試等工作,負(fù)責(zé)解決柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組系統(tǒng)級(jí)工程問題;
3.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目中柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組工程施工項(xiàng)目的驗(yàn)收、技術(shù)移交、投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行工作;
4.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)各類技術(shù)文檔進(jìn)行編寫、維護(hù)和培訓(xùn)工作,負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)運(yùn)行維護(hù)操作員進(jìn)行柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和操作技能培訓(xùn);
5.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)備運(yùn)營分析、負(fù)責(zé)為項(xiàng)目業(yè)主制定柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的維修周期計(jì)劃、保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃和臨時(shí)性專項(xiàng)維護(hù)計(jì)劃方案的制定;
6.負(fù)責(zé)公司項(xiàng)目維修期內(nèi)的設(shè)備故障維修管理工作(自己參與維修或聯(lián)系生產(chǎn)廠商維修)。
