崗位職責(zé):

1、協(xié)助工程經(jīng)理入伙前接管驗收，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時提出報告匯總后交上級公司，以求得解決;

2、掌握設(shè)施和機電設(shè)備性能及完好情況，組織各工程師按時制定維修保養(yǎng)計劃、措施，檢查完成情況;

3、負責(zé)制定工程部的年度、月度工作計劃并指導(dǎo)實施;

4、負責(zé)監(jiān)管設(shè)施設(shè)備的維修，材料使用;

5、負責(zé)對工程技術(shù)人員的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)和考核工作;

7、負責(zé)組織技術(shù)人員、操作人員的培訓(xùn)與考核。

任職資格

1、機電、電氣等相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷;

2、三年以上商場物業(yè)工程管理工作經(jīng)驗;

3、具備商業(yè)購物中心給排水、土建等專業(yè)知識;

4、責(zé)任心強，善于溝通，并能協(xié)調(diào)各部門關(guān)系，具有較強的組織管理能力。

ims綜合管理系統(tǒng)工程師&內(nèi)審主管 上海賽飛 上海賽飛航空線纜制造有限公司,上海賽飛,賽飛 main function responsibilities and activities / 本職位的主要責(zé)任以及職能:

-coordinate the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes of the ims and ensure that the quality system conforms to the established company, international and governmental regulatory standards and agency guidelines / 協(xié)助 ims 系統(tǒng)程序的執(zhí)行,維護以及改進,確保質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)與知名公司,國際與政府間的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與指導(dǎo)方針相一致

-coordinate the acquisition and control of all system documents including internal and e_ternal (customer and 3rd party standards and technical data) and information / 協(xié)助部門的采買,掌控所有系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部與外部的文件與信息(顧客與第三方的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與技術(shù)資料)

-lead personnel on projects related to the improvement of the ims processes / 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與 ims 程序改進項目的相關(guān)人員

-define, plan and perform internal audits as assigned in accordance to customers, regulatory standards and ims requirement / 根據(jù)顧客的指示,常規(guī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及 ims 系統(tǒng)的要求來定義,計劃與實行內(nèi)部審計

-coordinate internal auditors for the successful performance of the audit plan, internal auditors competence improvement and ims improvement based on auditing results / 與內(nèi)部審計師通力協(xié)作,取得審計計劃的圓滿執(zhí)行,內(nèi)部審計師能力的提升與 ims 系統(tǒng)的改進都基于審計結(jié)果之上

-coordinate internal corrective and preventive action process, indicators and create plans to improve this process performance / 配合內(nèi)部糾正與預(yù)防措施的執(zhí)行,制定提升此程序性能的計劃

-performs follow-up audit activities to assure the timely implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken / 通過跟進審計活動來確保及時地執(zhí)行任務(wù),以及有效地實行糾正措施

-coordinate the answer to corrective actions for non-conformances found during ims audits (2nd & 3rd parties) / 在兩方或者三方人員在 ims 審計期間發(fā)生意見,行動不一致時,協(xié)調(diào)各方接受糾正措施

-provide support and input to the saifei’s management reviews / 對賽飛的管理評審提供支持并輸入相關(guān)信息

-perform other duties as assigned, including involvement with departmental and institutional improvement teams and task forces, training initiatives, and other program support activities / 執(zhí)行被分配到的其他任務(wù),包括部門以及制度上的改進,參與工作組,主動參加培訓(xùn),以及其他項目支持工作。

required skills and e_perience / 本職位所要求的技能及經(jīng)歷:

a. educational qualifications / 教育資格

bachelor degree from college or university in engineering-related field / 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,主修工程相關(guān)領(lǐng)域

b. necessary aspects / 必須條件

-e_perience of in-house audit leader (internal audit) / 有公司內(nèi)審的經(jīng)驗

-must be familiar with iso9001 / 必須熟悉iso9001

-good english / 英語熟練

-having the e_perience of ims leader management / 有ims綜合管理系統(tǒng)的管理經(jīng)驗

c. work e_perience - technical knowledge / 工作經(jīng)歷 - 專業(yè)知識

-at least 3 years of e_perience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position / 至少從事三年航空或者相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的工作

-certification of quality and environmental management systems as9100, iso9001, iso14001, ohsas, etc. / 熟悉質(zhì)量與環(huán)境的認(rèn)證,如 as9001, iso14001, ohsas,等。

-certified internal auditor on management systems / 認(rèn)證的管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部審計師

d. professional skills / 專業(yè)技能

-project management / 曾擔(dān)當(dāng)項目經(jīng)理

-ms office and planning tools proficiency / 能熟練運用辦公軟件與設(shè)計工具

-manufacturing environment related skills / 具備與制造環(huán)境相關(guān)的技術(shù)

第3篇 工程綜合裝修班工作范圍、崗位職責(zé)

(一)綜合裝修班工作范圍:

1、負責(zé)家具、木器的修理和翻新;

2、負責(zé)墻紙、地毯、天花、玻璃等各種裝修的修理;

3、負責(zé)墻壁、天花、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的油漆翻新;

4、負責(zé)大理石、云石、瓷片飾面的修補;

5、負責(zé)土建結(jié)構(gòu)方面滲漏水處理;

6、負責(zé)酒店各類門鎖的安裝和修理;

7、在力所能及的情況下,承擔(dān)酒店部分裝修改造工程和木器家具的制作或改造。

(二)綜合裝修工崗位職責(zé):

1、遵守員工守則,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行各種規(guī)章制度;

2、服從派工安排,認(rèn)真細致、保質(zhì)按時完成工作任務(wù)。工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時請示報告;

3、熱愛本職工作,努力學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù),不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)水平,做到一專多能;

4、嚴(yán)格遵守操作規(guī)程,正確處理各種機具,并做到勤保養(yǎng)、善保管;

5、遇有搶修任務(wù)時,積極參加搶修,未完成不得下班,如當(dāng)時不能修復(fù)的工作要妥善處理,以確保酒店正常營業(yè)和酒店裝修格調(diào)的完美;

6、樹立強烈的酒店意識,文明施工,賓客至上。維修工作時,盡量不影響客人,公共場所施工設(shè)施工廣告牌或加設(shè)圍欄。自覺做好施工現(xiàn)場收尾工作,保持酒店的優(yōu)美環(huán)境。
