- lead inorganic material processing (imp) team to investigate bu needs and develop/provide inorganic processing solutions to bus by closely collaborating with bu r&d;
- r&d and technical support to proppant bu.
principal accountabilities
1/proppant r&d activities
_ technical support production in china plant
_ continue support production cost down project
2/ competency/ solution development
_ propose roadmap and develop imp competences and platform, in good connection with other sg r&d centers
_ build strong connections with bu r&d projects in process and product
_ deliver r&d projects
_ propose and implement e_ploratory studies, in line with bu today or tomorrow needs
3/lab management & people development
_ imp lab daily management
_ imp equipment and cape_
_ team member development: including new recruitment, etc.
4/ networking and collaboration
_ build network with other sg r&d centers on process
_ e_ploratory projects with r&d team at other centers
_ build university and start-ups networking in apac and develop adequate collaborations
qualification & skills
1. phd or master of materials physics and chemistry or inorganic processing or ceramic materials
2. be familiar with all the equipment in imp lab, especially with ceramic processing.
3. more than 3 years of working e_perience is preferred
4. fluent english.
5. e_cellent listening and communication skills

7. able to drive innovation(leadership)
8. e_cellent team leadership & people development skills
9. customer focus(internal and/or e_ternal)
