崗位職責(zé)是什么

質(zhì)量經(jīng)理助理是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的輔助角色,主要負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理確保公司的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)達(dá)到高質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)控和改進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理體系來(lái)提升整體業(yè)務(wù)績(jī)效。

崗位職責(zé)要求

1. 具備良好的組織和溝通能力,能有效協(xié)調(diào)各部門(mén)間的合作。

2. 熟悉iso質(zhì)量管理體系,并能應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作中。

3. 具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行有效分析。

4. 對(duì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題敏感,能夠及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并提出解決方案。

5. 能夠協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理執(zhí)行質(zhì)量控制策略,確保合規(guī)性。

6. 具備一定的項(xiàng)目管理技能,能協(xié)助處理跨部門(mén)的質(zhì)量項(xiàng)目。

崗位職責(zé)描述

質(zhì)量經(jīng)理助理的工作涉及多個(gè)層面,包括但不限于:

1. 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理制定和實(shí)施質(zhì)量政策與流程,確保符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶(hù)期望。

2. 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,定期報(bào)告質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),識(shí)別潛在問(wèn)題并提出改善建議。

3. 參與供應(yīng)商評(píng)估,確保原材料和外購(gòu)件的質(zhì)量符合要求。

4. 協(xié)助處理客戶(hù)投訴,推動(dòng)問(wèn)題的根本原因分析和糾正措施的執(zhí)行。

5. 支持內(nèi)部質(zhì)量審核,確保公司質(zhì)量體系的有效運(yùn)行。

6. 提供質(zhì)量培訓(xùn),增強(qiáng)員工的質(zhì)量意識(shí)和技能。

7. 與研發(fā)部門(mén)協(xié)作,參與新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)。

1. 文件管理:維護(hù)質(zhì)量管理體系文件,確保其準(zhǔn)確性和時(shí)效性。

2. 數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤:收集和分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),制作報(bào)告以供管理層決策參考。

1. be responsible for quality system’s setup, implementation and certification 負(fù)責(zé)建立, 實(shí)施, 認(rèn)證質(zhì)量體系 --- set up and maintain iso9000/ts16949 --- prepare for the second and third party audit to keep successful --- train the related employee in quality management field

2. be responsible for quality systems’ internal & e_ternal audit and continuous improvement 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量體系的內(nèi)審和外審, 持續(xù)改進(jìn).

3. be responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督質(zhì)量方針和目標(biāo) --- set up quality target and review periodic --- quickly response for prr and other customer complaint --- responsible for track all action plan

4. in charge of quality department management 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量部門(mén)的管理. --- management/employee relationships --- hire, discipline, evaluate performance and authorize overtime for subordinate --- provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate --- insure the quality department effectively serve the needs of all customer. --- cross function with other internal departments and e_ternal sources

know-how requirements 職位要求

1 hold bachelor degree, majored in mechanical or related engineering. 本科學(xué)歷,機(jī)械或工程類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景。

2 familiar with iso9000 & ts16949, iso14000 system requirement 熟悉iso9000及ts16949,iso14000體系要求.

3. familiar with quality management tools, such as apqp, ppap, spc, msa, 8d, cp, fmea, etc. 熟悉 質(zhì)量管理工具(如apqp, ppap, spc, msa, 8d, cp, fmea等) 3 more than 5 years e_perience in quality control of automotive or electronics industry, and minimum 3 years e_perience on quality management position 對(duì)于汽車(chē)或電子工業(yè)的質(zhì)量控制, 至少有5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。并至少有3年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)處于質(zhì)量管理職位.

4 familiar with ms-office 能熟練運(yùn)用辦公自動(dòng)化軟件

5 fluency in oral and written english 流利的外語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和讀寫(xiě)能力
