apqp崗位的日常工作包括：
1. 協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)符合客戶規(guī)格和公司質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. 制定并執(zhí)行apqp計(jì)劃，包括產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證、過程設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證和過程確認(rèn)。
3. 進(jìn)行fmea（失效模式及效應(yīng)分析），識別潛在問題并制定預(yù)防措施。
4. 管理ppap（生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)程序），確保批量生產(chǎn)前的所有準(zhǔn)備工作就緒。
5. 參與供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理，確保供應(yīng)商符合質(zhì)量要求。
6. 持續(xù)監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過程，通過spc（統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制）確保過程穩(wěn)定，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量一致。

the idea candidate needs to have two years working e_perience in the front end process of display such as tft array/ panel design， glass deposition process etc. plus the several years working in assembly process
- understand the key elements of iatf 16949.
- fully understand aiag technical manuals (apqp&cp，fmea， msa， spc， ppap) - good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools such as 8d， 5 whys， si_ sigma， etc.
- e_cellent communication skills both internally and e_ternally.
- good english speaking and writing， can communicate through e-mail and conference call as well
