崗位職責(zé)描述
臨床支持專員在日常工作中扮演著協(xié)調(diào)者的角色,他們不僅需要協(xié)助醫(yī)生和護(hù)士進(jìn)行診療活動(dòng),還需要處理各種行政任務(wù)。他們的工作涵蓋了從準(zhǔn)備手術(shù)室、管理病歷記錄到協(xié)助患者預(yù)約和咨詢等一系列任務(wù)。此外,他們還需參與患者教育,解釋醫(yī)療程序和藥物信息,幫助患者理解治療過程。
