main responsibilities:

主要職責(zé):

product management: suiting collections to customers tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section.

產(chǎn)品管理:根據(jù)顧客的偏好調(diào)整商品的系列和種類、商品陳列順序和區(qū)域管理、商品折疊管理、商品返倉(cāng)管理、商品防盜管理、商品庫(kù)房陳列管理、商品轉(zhuǎn)移管理以及協(xié)助銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理等。

image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section. personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays.

形象管理:商品陳列;分管區(qū)域員工形象管理;協(xié)助經(jīng)理為員工安排工作;培訓(xùn)并激勵(lì)分管區(qū)域的員工;協(xié)助經(jīng)理進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)工作時(shí)間/休假安排。

staff management: organizing section personnel, assigning duties, training, motivation, follow up, holidays, breaks, rota, and all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving。

員工管理:組織分管部門的員工,對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作進(jìn)行安排,培訓(xùn)員工,激勵(lì)員工,管理員工休假,管理入職/離職員工的相關(guān)資料,解決員工關(guān)系問(wèn)題。

budget control: handle all section resources in an efficient way, reaching the highest sales objectives with the lowest cost (hours, electricity, materials (bags, paper, stationery, hangers, furniture, tgt, cassio, wastage, robbery, tills, security procedure...).

預(yù)算控制:有效控制分管部門總體預(yù)算,以最低的成本(工時(shí),電力,店鋪辦公用品,家具,tgt系統(tǒng),安防設(shè)備等)達(dá)到最高的銷售目標(biāo)。

requirement:

職位要求:

fluent in verbal and written english, mandarin; other languages are appreciated

ability to manage sales;

ability to deal with customers needs;
