崗位職責(zé)是什么

pma,即項(xiàng)目管理助理,是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的支持角色,主要負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理確保項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行,從項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)到項(xiàng)目結(jié)束的整個(gè)生命周期中提供行政、協(xié)調(diào)和溝通支持。

3. 細(xì)心嚴(yán)謹(jǐn):對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)有高度關(guān)注,保證文檔、報(bào)告的準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。

4. 技術(shù)熟練:熟悉項(xiàng)目管理軟件和工具,如microsoft project或asana等。

5. 靈活性:能夠適應(yīng)不斷變化的項(xiàng)目需求和優(yōu)先級(jí)。

崗位職責(zé)描述

作為pma,日常工作涉及以下幾個(gè)方面:

1. 項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃:協(xié)助制定項(xiàng)目時(shí)間表,跟蹤進(jìn)度,并在必要時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

2. 協(xié)調(diào)資源:確保團(tuán)隊(duì)成員和外部供應(yīng)商的資源得到妥善安排,滿足項(xiàng)目需求。

3. 文件管理:維護(hù)項(xiàng)目文件的完整性和更新,包括合同、報(bào)告和會(huì)議記錄。

4. 會(huì)議安排:組織和記錄項(xiàng)目會(huì)議,跟進(jìn)會(huì)議決定的執(zhí)行情況。

5. 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理:協(xié)助識(shí)別潛在問(wèn)題,提出解決方案,并監(jiān)控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以防止延誤或超預(yù)算。

6. 溝通橋梁:在團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)外傳遞信息,確保所有相關(guān)人員對(duì)項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)有清晰的理解。

7. 問(wèn)題解決:在遇到困難時(shí),協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理找到解決方案,確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。

有哪些內(nèi)容

1. 日常任務(wù):定期更新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度報(bào)告,處理項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的電子郵件和電話,以及處理與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的日常事務(wù)。

2. 預(yù)算監(jiān)控:協(xié)助監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目預(yù)算,確保開(kāi)支符合預(yù)算限制,及時(shí)報(bào)告任何預(yù)算偏差。

3. 團(tuán)隊(duì)支持:為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供必要的支持,包括培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)和解答疑問(wèn)。

4. 客戶關(guān)系:在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理指導(dǎo)下,與客戶保持良好關(guān)系,處理客戶查詢和反饋。

5. 里程碑管理:確保項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵里程碑得以達(dá)成,記錄并報(bào)告結(jié)果。

key responsibilities:

lreviewing,validating and approval master data request via bpm system, eg. customercreation and modification, pricing master data, material info. record.

ldefine, improvethe master data related process to drive data & reporting accuracy andtimeliness of maintenance.

lensure sla forcustomer master data and pricing master data creation and maintenance is met.

limprove dataquality through metrics tied to business impact, initial discussion with othercommercial functions to enhance master data usage

職責(zé)描述:

sourcing and developing new seasonal materials/components/accessories and organize material storage and prepare key material swatch cards.

key responsibilities

.material/component/accessory sourcing and developing

. every new season source new swatch book/card send to montreal office.

. work with our key suppliers to develop our own new materials.

.source new available material/component case by case from market.

.material/component/accessory pre-testing

.make sure most of material/component/accessory that we are used on samples can pass lab testing.

if material/component/accessory can’t pass lab testing help to source another substitute material/component/accessory.

material/component/accessory pre-casting

.provide material/component/accessory price help pd to do pricing.

.if material/component/accessory is not affordable during pricing stage then help to find another cheap version material/component/accessory.

coordinate confirmation samples

. provide material/component/accessory swatch/reference and supplier information to pre-production team.

. provide any material/accessory concern during production.

.build up core material suppliers

.build up good relationship with our supplier’s core material suppliers and work with them to develop our core materials.

.build up good relationship with outside good material suppliers and introduce to our key suppliers.

organization

.make sure our core materials are very organized keep in our storage room.

.prepare key material swatch cards.

. organize material swatch books in the shelves.

. set up different components/accessories reference standard. for e_ample: metal ornament color standard reference, german outsole color standard, leather stack color standard, etc.

. build up new developed outsole/heel mold files. take outsole/heel side view, bottom view, top view pictures and write down measurements keep in files as future references.
