第1篇 輪機(jī)/管系工藝質(zhì)量主管崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求
職位描述：
職責(zé)描述：
1.負(fù)責(zé)事業(yè)部工藝質(zhì)量管理工作，參加事業(yè)部生產(chǎn)調(diào)度會，落實生產(chǎn)調(diào)度令。
2.根據(jù)施工計劃制定施工圖紙、工藝文件的輸出計劃，并組織實施；監(jiān)控工作過程，解決工作中的問題，糾正輸出計劃實施中的偏差。
3.負(fù)責(zé)或協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)中心制定重點修理項目的工藝方案，指導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵、特殊工序的落實執(zhí)行；參與技改計劃并協(xié)調(diào)落實，對生產(chǎn)提供有效技術(shù)支持。
4.審核工程質(zhì)量控制計劃、措施，并組織落實；審核工程質(zhì)量報告。
5.深入施工現(xiàn)場了解施工過程，及時處理現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)工藝問題；協(xié)助機(jī)電主管實施驗船師、船東代表的技術(shù)意見和建議；組織處理質(zhì)量投訴和質(zhì)量事故。
6.負(fù)責(zé)有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等資料的跟蹤收集和管理。
7.參加對施工單位的質(zhì)量考評。
職位要求：
1.25-35歲，大專及以上學(xué)歷，輪機(jī)、管系船舶與海洋工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.三年及以上船舶行業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗。
3.具有較高的專業(yè)知識水平和較強(qiáng)的實際應(yīng)用能力、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理水平，能進(jìn)行相關(guān)工程設(shè)計、工藝方案制定和現(xiàn)場技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、質(zhì)量檢驗。英語聽、說、讀、寫流利，文字表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)。
